By accessing or using Kokraf (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Kokraf is operated by Sengchor Taing, a sole proprietor. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kokraf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
- Certain features require account registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Use of the Service
- No unlawful or unauthorized use
- No reverse engineering or abuse
- No infringement of intellectual property
4. Intellectual Property
All rights in Kokraf, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Kokraf or its licensors.
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You grant Kokraf a limited license to operate the Service.
6. AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated content belongs to the user who initiated the generation. Kokraf makes no guarantees of uniqueness or non-infringement.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
- Some features require payment.
- All payments, billing, and refunds are processed by Paddle.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
8. Termination
Kokraf may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Kokraf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under their local laws.

Privacy Policy
Kokraf is operated by Sengchor Taing. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data globally, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

3. Data Sharing & International Transfers
We only share data with service providers or authorities as legally required. Your data may be transferred internationally to service providers such as Supabase and Paddle, always under appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, and Paddle handles customer service and refunds related to purchases.
4. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our agreements.
5. Your Rights

We store certain payment-related identifiers (like Paddle customer IDs and subscription IDs) to securely manage accounts, subscriptions, and credits.

We may update this Privacy Policy to comply with new laws, improve transparency, or reflect new features. Continued use of Kokraf constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

Refund Policy
Kokraf uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record to process payments and handle refunds.
1. Consumer Right to Refund
If you are a consumer, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, unless an exception applies.
2. Digital Content & Credits
Kokraf provides digital services and credits that may be made available immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of the service.
Once credits have been used, your right to withdraw may be lost as permitted by law.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting Paddle Buyer Support via the Paddle checkout or receipt email. Kokraf does not process refunds directly.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
